2026 Health Service Research and Pharmacy Practice Conference

The 2026 Health Services Research and Pharmacy Practice (HSRPP) conference will be held in Queen’s University Belfast on 23 and 24 April 2026.

The theme for the 2026 conference “Following the science: generating and implementing evidence to improve health”, seeks to encompass issues about the quality of evidence generated by research, how it is implemented (or not!), effectively communicating with the public, maintaining high quality services at a time of crisis, and how health services can be developed and planned to deal with a future global crisis. This conference provides a platform to engage in thought-provoking discussions, foster collaborations, and showcase the latest research that embodies the conference theme.

We have crafted a comprehensive and stimulating programme, with an exciting line-up of keynote speakers and workshops. We truly believe that this conference programme will offer something for everyone, including researchers, practitioners, educators, students, and healthcare service commissioners. We encourage you to join us for our conference dinner, which will be held in the Great Hall, an atmospheric venue situated on the main University campus. This will provide an opportunity to relax after a busy first day, reconnect with colleagues, forge new professional relationships, and celebrate our diverse HSRPP community.
